The .env file is missing, and it could not be created automatically.

How to fix this:

  1. Make the application's main folder writable by the web server (usually 755)
  2. Reload this page — the file is created for you and the installer opens

Or create it by hand: copy .env.example in the same folder and rename the copy to .env.
